This first event will explore ways to support Healthy Living and Aging for Vital Elders and Young Old Souls … in other words… everyone! Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Internal Family Systems Trainer Katelyn Staecker will facilitate this opening event with the participation of other community members who will offer a variety of modalities which enhance and support overall health and well-being.
